Private Housing Market
Most students and personnel of the Technical University of Munich (TUM) live in personal accommodation. To search for lodging, you can use the housing online exchange service run by the university. Find this and more info on this page on how to hunt for personal spaces and apartment or condos.
TUM Living
No agency charge: Apartments available in the TUM listings are just available to TUM trainees and employees. Inserting an advertisement is free for both property managers and prospective tenants. Go to the listings
Public housing referral service - totally free of charge
The following public institutions offer a personal space rental service totally free of charge. Students can request information of free spaces from private proprietors. The quantity of rooms on deal is rather little, though, so that only few students each term can be provided a location to live.
